I do find the new station modern, bland and functional. However it does have much potential which I hope will be achieved. One minor point I noticed is that the waiting shelter for the connecting buses is larger than the one on the platform for passengers waiting for the train.brPhotographer Bernard MillsbrDate taken 01082026

Compare the previous view with the present day just 8 years later. I think the single line track is still there now lost in the jungle that has overtaken the view. I had no idea this had changed so much with the growth. A lot of work will have to be done if ballast trains are to run again from Meldon Quarry. brPhotographer Bernard MillsbrDate taken 01082026
